Name of the Register
Customer register of the mobiilikauppa.com online store — 26 March 2024
Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing
The legal basis under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the acceptance of the sales and delivery terms at checkout.
The purpose of processing is to deliver ordered products, maintain the customer relationship and handle potential issues.
Data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
Data Contents of the Register
Data stored includes information provided by the customer at checkout: name, company name, address, phone number, email address and any optional customer comment.
Data is kept in the online store’s customer register for up to 1 year, after which the register is moved to backup storage.
Accounting law requires data retention for 5 years. Upon request, personal data can be anonymised.
Regular Sources of Data
Data is obtained from the customer via the order form on the checkout page. We also use cookies to collect website usage and browsing data as well as device identifiers.
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage). Cookies are small text files exchanged between the device browser and the server and have an expiry after which the browser deletes the identifier. We use these technologies for functionality, personalisation, analytics and targeted marketing.
We utilise Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Display Network and Google DoubleClick for analytics related to site usage, popular products, trends and sales and—with your consent—for targeted marketing. Information sent to Google contains only anonymised or pseudonymised data. Read more about Google Analytics data processing.
Regular Disclosures and Transfers Outside the EU/EEA
Order details (name, company name, address, phone number and email address) are automatically transferred to our payment intermediary Paytrail Oyj.
For delivery, necessary data (name, company name, address, phone number and email address) are printed on letters and parcels. For parcel shipments, data are transferred to Posti Oyj.
Data may be published insofar as agreed with the customer.
Data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA by the controller.
Principles of Register Security
We process the register with due care and protect data processed with IT systems appropriately. When stored on internet servers, both physical and digital security are ensured. The controller ensures that stored data, server access rights and other critical personal data are handled confidentially and only by employees whose duties require it. In the event of a data breach, persons in the register will be notified.
Right of Access and Rectification
Every data subject has the right to inspect their data stored in the register and request correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data. Requests must be submitted in writing or by email to the controller. The controller may, if necessary, request proof of identity. The controller will respond within the time limits set by the GDPR (generally within one month).
Other Rights Related to Personal Data
A data subject has the right to request deletion of their personal data (“right to be forgotten”). Data subjects also have other GDPR rights, such as restricting processing in certain situations. Requests must be sent in writing or by email to the controller. The controller may, if necessary, request proof of identity and will respond within one month in accordance with the GDPR.
Updates to the Privacy Policy
mobiilikauppa.com reserves the right to make changes to this privacy notice. All updates and changes are recorded in the document and enter into force upon publication. We encourage customers to review the latest version regularly on our website to stay informed about our personal data practices.
This privacy notice was last updated on 26 April 2024.

Products are ordered online by adding them to the shopping cart and paying via the online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. The protection is personal
It applies only to the original buyer and the same phone model
How to Use the Protection
If there is an issue with the protector or you would like a replacement:

More Information
Our customer service is happy to help with any questions about the product protection.
Our goal is to ensure that Arctic Shield protects your phone as well as possible — for a long time.
Note:
It is the customer’s responsibility to follow these terms when using the protection.
We reserve the right to change the protection terms when necessary.
Delivery Methods and Costs
Shipping costs include postage and packaging. We show an estimate of shipping costs in the cart based on the primary delivery method in use. The exact costs are shown after you select your preferred payment and delivery methods at checkout. Available delivery methods depend on the contents and total weight of the cart. You can choose the option that suits you best at checkout; the exact shipping cost is shown with each option. All shipments are sent via the selected method; express deliveries are handled by mobiilikauppa.com.
Delivery Time
For all stock items, the delivery time is 1–5 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or any indirect damage resulting from such delays. The online store will announce any exceptional delivery times on its site. Express delivery does not apply to cities other than those specified; if you order express delivery outside those areas, it will be shipped via Posti or Matkahuolto. In that case the delivery time is longer, but the fee is the same as the express delivery price.
Return Terms
All products have a 14-day right of exchange and return.
Return Procedure — Product Returns and Exchanges
If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us. mobiilikauppa.com offers a 14-day return right starting from receipt of the goods. It is important that you send the product back in its original packaging and ensure that all included accessories are returned.
Conditions for returns: the product, its packaging and labels must be undamaged and in original condition. A valid return requires the product packaging to be returned. If the product is not in resalable condition, mobiilikauppa.com reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value from the refund.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and the customer must ensure the return is delivered to us. If the product is not defective or incomplete, the costs remain the customer’s responsibility. We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that failing to collect a parcel is not considered a return. For uncollected parcels we charge a €5 handling fee plus any charges imposed by the carrier for the return.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after receipt of the last item, or for downloadable products from the time the order was received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in an unambiguous manner (e.g., by letter or email). You may also use our printable withdrawal form, but its use is not mandatory.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received for the product (shipping costs are not refunded) without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal and after we have received the returned goods. The customer is responsible for sending the goods back at their own expense. Refunds are made using the same payment method as in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any case without incurring fees for the refund.
You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after making the withdrawal notice. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.
You are only liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Unclaimed Parcel
Failing to collect a parcel is not the same as a return or cancellation. For unclaimed parcels without a separate cancellation notice, we charge a €5 fee.
Problem Situations
If a product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must notify us of the error within 14 days in writing to the address given in the “Right of Withdrawal and Return Terms” section or by calling the phone number provided in the contact details. If a parcel is clearly damaged during transport, you must immediately submit a complaint to the carrier of the delivery method you chose. In other matters, we apply Finnish law and the recommendations of the Consumer Disputes Board.
Product Information
We aim to keep our product descriptions up to date, but errors can occur. We cannot be held liable for errors in product information and descriptions, and we reserve the right to make changes without notice. If you notice unclear or incorrect product information, please contact us — our customer service will resolve any issues caused by incorrect or misleading information.
Because colours are displayed slightly differently on all screens, we cannot guarantee a 100% match between product images and physical products. For example, images of screen protectors are illustrative.
Prices
Current prices are listed in our online store. Prices are in euros and we reserve the right to change prices. Prices include 25.5% VAT.
